According to the report of China Xintong Institute, the average price of smartphones in Chinese market increased by 16.8 percent to 2523 Chinese yuan in 2018. It has also been said that there has been an increase of 13 percent in the smartphone segment of more than 4000 Chinese yuan. Sugar brands account for more than 30 per cent of this segment.
