How to get atm card from bank?

 First of all you need a bank account in any nearest bank.Then go to the bank and contact with bank staff or bank manager.
Then they give you a atm form to fill up your bank details like account number,phone number, passport size photo,your address etc.and your some personal details.Then fill the form and submit to bank.
   After 5 or 6 days your atm card is delivered to your home by postman.
