WhatsApp is good for health

If you are active on social media throughout the day, then there is good news for you.  One research claims that spending more time on whatsapp is good for health.  This research has been published in the International Journal of Human Computer Studies.  It has been said in the report that there is a positive psychological effect by making more chatting in the group on Text messaging app.

Actually this study was about the psychological impact of online chatting.  Research has revealed that a man who has been active for more time on WhatsApp does not feel lonely.  It has been claimed in the report that on chatting with friends and family on social media, people find themselves close to them.

About this report Edge Hill University Professor Linda Kai said, "There are many things about social media that it is good for health or bad, but we do not think so.  In research, we found that users spending more time on social media find themselves close to their friends and family.  In such a situation, their relations are strengthened. '

Research has also said that it has the biggest role of chatting groups, because there are many people in a group, which make people talk differently.  This research involved 200 people, of which 158 were women and 42 were male.  The average age of the users involved in research was 24 years.  These people used an average of 55 minutes of whatsapp per day
